Whenever you feel like you could use a little boost -- or even a big burst of energy and vitality -- why not try some acupressure and press on to health? Begin by standing up and straightening the spine. Breathe in through the nose and fill your belly. Exhale fully releasing all tension and toxins with this breath.
Do this four times. Then, find what are called 'The Sea of Vitality' acupressure points on your lower back. These are both located along the lower part of the spine, on both sides. Place the backs of both hands along both sides of the lower spine and then rub briskly, up and down, for at least a minute.
Once you feel a heat from the friction that your hands are creating you will have made some waves in that strong sea. Within minutes the tides of low energy should have turned and you should feel like you can walk on water!
